批量查询车型型号，BEV车型默认跳过（10秒自动选择）；BEV跳过记录的查询状态写为“纯电动车型无需申报北环目录”；空数据第一次等待15秒重试、第二次等待60秒重试；抓取列表及红字详情。详情中的型号编码、企业名称、型号名称不导出，仅分别与列表车型型号、企业名称、车型名称比较，不一致写入最后一列备注；最终导出XLSX。
